If we know this entire existence is one of moving parts and a constant flow, perhaps we can incorporate principles into our lives that help us trust on a deeper level.

To trust that the best outcomes are always available to us.

To allow ourselves to confidently receive happiness, joy, and abundance.

To deepen our faith.

To lean into God and let him lead.

We can push less and gracefully move into the energy of allowing, which is what life is truly about.

We’ve entered the Age of Aquarius and things are shifting on a global and cosmic scale.

The inspiration behind expression and creation will be gradually changing as we forge ahead, as this new era brings in a time where there will be more creation for social causes as a way to make positive impact in the world.

Expression that honors both the individualistic nature of a person as well as the interconnectedness of that person among a wider sphere.

Where aligned communities and alliances will be brought together for a greater mission.

Where creation is birthed as part of the healing process.

Because there is healing in the creation.

And in the development of unique self-expression, humanity will learn that expression is not just something that is created outwardly but also as an extension of what is embodied as you remember that you are both the artist and the art.

Humanity is shifting into a paradigm of integrativ

Humanity is shifting into a paradigm of integrative healthcare, which accounts for healing that happens on multiple levels.

Healing that goes beyond one modality and instead, accounts for a unique holistic approach for each being on this planet.

While I do foresee a world that will one day return to the origins of where it all began - ancient wisdom - there is great work to be done in our present reality.

More of us are being called to bridge the gap between science and alternative healing, understanding there is room for all of it.

To understand holistic health is to also honor our faith and spirituality, our mental health, our financial well-being, and really grasping that as our consciousness elevates, our healing can become more refined. And from that standpoint, it is no longer about a healing journey as many of us have titled it.

It then becomes a way of holistic living.

A lifestyle.

The bridge that is the connector then becomes the path by which people get to choose what works best for them to tune into their most optimal state of health and well-being.

Not to heal per se… but to expand and evolve.

And with this freedom comes a deeper connection back to our roots - nature, plants, animals, the elements, our sacred land and waters…all reminding us that we have everything within us to live in balance and harmony within and with the world at large.

The era of faith-based coaching and mentorship beg

The era of faith-based coaching and mentorship begins.

In this conversation, I discuss with Shaun of The Aging Gracefully podcast series about how I believe we are returning back to faith-based principles and a holistic way of living as more of us on the personal growth and development path are realizing that, while these techniques are useful, they can also lead to a perpetuation of the former paradigm that typically operates out of inadequacy.

The principles I now incorporate are these quantum healing frequencies of Ascended Master Jesus Christ who paved the way with love - an easier, simpler alternative to transformation vs. the known route of dissecting our psyche to the point of getting lost in a maze of “what do I need to clear now?” or “where’s the block?”

The way of Jesus Christ allows us to remember our inherent divine blueprint and what we are here to create and activate from a place of soul alignment rather than what we are being told externally is the successful go-to template for creation - which may work temporarily but may also lead to burnout and exhaustion because it isn’t actually the right path for you.

When you create from lack, you see more lack.

When you create from wholeness, it’s not so much creation that you need to get into the energy of… but rather, allowing that creative potential to naturally move through you and watch the art be self-created.

As you transform through self-actualization, that creativity can organically flow and be birthed.

There are numerous ways to create a life that feels truly fulfilling and successful and yet, when we surrender much of that creative potential to God, what we are saying is - God knows more than we do. God will create what He needs to create and help us anchor His vision onto Mother Earth.

Embodiment of these learned principles leads to the right doors naturally opening and a field of miracles being instantly accessible, which is the work I now want to share with you.
