The throat chakra is a powerful center of purifica The throat chakra is a powerful center of purification. Also known as Vishuddha, it is a center for purifying and cleansing one’s thoughts and judgments to help refine self-expression.

For many of us, we grew up accustomed to changing our thoughts and beliefs based on external validation.

You may have found yourself changing what you said in order to appear more agreeable to your peers, perhaps diluting the original message in order to not ruffle any feathers.

But the fear of projections can often lead to dilution of truth and flattening of timeless wisdom that was earned rather than gained from a textbook.

Truth and wisdom have the power to shed light.

And light can alchemize pain into power and purpose.

The idea of purification doesn’t mean that judgments and negative thoughts aren’t welcome. In order to taste the sweetness of the mystical nectar of amrita, one must meet the inner darkness in order for it to be cleansed and integrated into the light, the sweetness, the purity of authentic self-expression.

And when this inner darkness is integrated into the light, you begin to feel more of your power — the power to speak a new reality into existence, the power to live life authentically, the power to choose to be yourself.

What if health is multi-dimensional just like the What if health is multi-dimensional just like the very nature of your existence?

The more you shed old identities, beliefs, and habits that don’t serve you, the more you discover the innate gifts that lay within. The creativity, the self-expression, the art, the radiance, the vitality — all seem to reveal themselves as well as their new (more authentic) flavors over time.

It isn’t necessarily attributed to time though. But that as we grow older, with wisdom and greater acceptance of oneself, the less likely we are to try to inhabit someone else’s life and, instead, create a life of our own.

Radiant health naturally emerges when we align with more of our authentic self. The authentic self isn’t an identity you become but someone you remember. And often, this journey requires meeting the deeper, unseen, and sometimes unacknowledged parts of oneself.

丂卩丨尺丨ㄒ

The vital spark that connects you to the divine. When the spirit feels lost or uninspired, it can be emotionally draining. No amount of substitution (codependency, working nonstop, substance use, and all the other ways used to mask the disconnection) can actually satiate the spirit’s longing to be met and nurtured.

丂ㄖㄩㄥ

This is the inner essence of a person that bridges the physical body with the higher self or a more evolved version of you that operates from the state of universal love and acceptance. Your feelings, passions, thought processes, consciousness, and will to live life a certain way come from the unique blueprint etched into your soul. It means you were designed a certain way that is perfect for you. Being perfectly imperfect wasn’t a flaw in your design; it was intentional.

乇几乇尺Ꮆㄚ

This is the vital life-force energy that is sometimes known as Qi or Prana. It is an invisible field that permeates and surrounds your body. When your energy can move freely through your energy centers and pathways (the meridians, chakras, and nadis), your body returns to a state of balance and harmony.

The 𝔅𝔒𝔇𝔜 is just as important. If life is an ecosystem where we are meant to work collectively with one another in unity, the mind, body, spirit, and soul are meant to operate in harmony as well.
Life is a powerful teacher that comes with seasons Life is a powerful teacher that comes with seasons, cycles, and transitions. In that journey of rebirth and renewal, what one may discover is that the very thing that breaks the heart open also can be the very thing that sets the gift free.

Having broken the cycle of narcissistic abuse last year and also noticing how the imprints of narcissism impact collective consciousness from the way people’s voices have been silenced over many millennia not to mention the ways many people have felt “wrong” for their sensual expression, it isn’t a surprise that so many of us grew up thinking that expressing our thoughts may be pitted against us.

Or that in order to fit in and belong, it would be wrong to express the fullness of what wants to be expressed even if what is being spoken might be very truthful for us.

After journeying into the underworld all of 2025 through the shadows around communication and how narcissism impacts the voice, having two of my poems published in an anthology felt like the ultimate comeback — from being silenced to having my words out there in the public eye.

When the doubts get heavy and when the inner critic may try to stop you before you even begin, it is important to remember that the passageway of your healing journey is never for you alone.

If you’ve ventured all the way down into the deepest places you once avoided, chances are that you rise up like the phoenix with inner power, radiant light, and a newfound determination to share that gift with more people so they, too, can be set free.

Your expression, your gift, your courage to own who you authentically are is one of the greatest gifts and acts of service you can offer to the world.

And what makes the journey inward even more beautiful is that when you rise back to the surface, you don’t come back as the same person.

You come back with the very medicine you are meant to share.

Imagine a healthcare system and world where spirit Imagine a healthcare system and world where spirit and matter are not separate but intertwined into a person’s care.

We have so many branches of medicine today that are starting to catch up such as integrative and functional medicine.

And there is still room for integrating the medicine and wisdom of the Indigenous tribes that remain connected to nature as a way of being, yogic philosophy that focuses on the union of one’s inner being with the outer world, and the timeless teachings that are centered on tending to the unseen aspects such as energy, spirit and soul — just as much as modern medicine has been more focused on the physical component.

Many of the teachings of ancient wisdom have a central theme of helping people remember their inner power. But in a world where so many have been conditioned to believe that power comes from outside of us or that it is unsafe to be in our power, these teachings have never been more applicable.

If humans have been gifted with the ability to be powerful, creative, and sovereign co-creators of their existence,
imagine what would transpire in a world that is filled with people empowered from their radiant multi-dimensional light.

Remember your power. It’s one of your greatest assets.
