In astronomy, it is known that as a star reaches the end of its life, gravity overtakes the outward pressure and the core can then collapse in seconds. This then triggers an explosion known as a supernova.

As gravity takes over, the core of the star collapses at nearly the speed of light and the result is that the core bounces back to then collide with the outer layers of the star that are falling into the core behind it.

And this then creates a powerful shockwave that blows the star apart into a supernova — so powerful that it can temporarily outshine a galaxy that is already filled with the combined light of billions of other stars.

While that explosion can be destructive, it also releases heavy elements into space which can then be used to drive the creation of new stars in the galaxy.

This may be metaphorical to life transitions and moments of accelerated transformation. Little incremental steps lead to bigger shifts followed by the quantum leap.

But the quantum leaps do not happen as routinely as the little steps taken along the way.

In moments of deep soul-level transformation, the core is releasing anything that was never truly authentic or aligned.

And eventually, more of the inner light is revealed and it can be blinding at first.

There may be resistance along the way until there is complete surrender and the old world simply collapses.

And a new world emerges.

Right now, this can be applicable to the new world emerging around us. During moments of taking incremental steps, the shift to a higher consciousness may not be immediately noticed.

But one by one, personal transformation sets in for each individual through life choices, a desire to change, and a compelling force that wants to instate positive change on this planet.

And collectively, we become the supernova.

We shine a bit brighter in those moments we let the old world fade because in the death is also a collective rebirth.

Remember that if your inner star is collapsing, your supernova is coming.

The New Earth is spoken about in sacred scriptures

The New Earth is spoken about in sacred scriptures and metaphysical texts, referring to a higher consciousness and a predestined notion of Heaven On Earth.

This refers to life on earth as it was originally intended — one where a perfect universe is reflected right here on the planet.

The New Earth is thought to be a time where humanity returns to its original state of perfect health, harmony, unity and love.

The current conditions of the planet may not seem to mirror this prophecy but as history has shown us, the rupture usually happens before rapture.

And although this could never excuse violence or wars, it does offer a transparent reminder that we can’t change the world by trying to fix or control anything outside of us but we can do our part through self-acceptance, shifting our inner state, and opening up to the infinite possibilities of life through the art of faith and surrender.

While this idea may seem far-fetched and utopian, it’s not impossible. In a world that has made significant advancements in technology, healthcare, and media, we live in times where more information and knowledge are available.

We also live in a time where we are remembering the gift of personal power and the ability to use this power intentionally, wisely, and for the greatest good of all.

As the limitations come undone from within, the structures of hierarchy and systems that perpetuated more competition and greed instead of abundance and equality also start to come undone.

This doesn’t mean anyone’s world or system doesn’t matter.

But that as you return to more of who you originally were before the conditioning, the frequency of the New Earth starts to vibrate inside of you.

Once you feel that love and harmony within, chances are you will want the world to feel it too.

Because where true light shines, it can never shine on just one.

Like the sun, it shines upon us all.

The journey to expressing oneself seems to be the one that both intrigues many of us yet brings up a lot of wounds—fear of being seen, rejected, criticized, judged (to name a few).

Then factor in systemic biases, societal conditioning, and cultural programming. And it’s as though the weight is pressed on some people before they even had a chance to begin.

In the last few years, I noticed that beyond layers of self-doubt and perfectionism, there are deep wounds that impact people on a multi-dimensional level when it comes to expression. Many of them make no sense until you heal and integrate what’s happening on layers underneath the visible.

If you believe in past lives and go into a past-life regression to discover you were sentenced for being who you are (witch, healer, medicine woman), chances are it took a long time before you felt comfortable to share your medicine in this lifetime.

If you grew up in a culture where submission was considered the “respectful” thing to do, you might have learned to do what was both expected of you and necessary for approval at an age when you couldn’t be on your own.

If you said the hard things only to find people immediately retaliated, you may not have wanted to share more of your revelations for fear of how they would be received.

The key is to bring these fears into awareness, meet them, and choose to express yourself anyway. Because without healing and integration, you may be disregarded by people who didn’t want to hear your message. But the caveat is that the people who do want to hear your message also miss out.

There’s tremendous power in the voice and the more you learn to speak your truth even in the raw, messy ways that expression can sometimes surface — as vulnerability can be messy and not about perfectionism — the more you start to reclaim who you are underneath the masks and constructs of a persona you think you need to put out there.

It’s important to be gentle with yourself, accept expression in all of its beautiful forms, and continue to open your heart as you unlock more of the creative potential that already circulates throughout your being.

In a world where there’s much strife and division, to return to truth, wisdom and love that is already within you can be a very bold act.

It involves spiritual and deep cellular transformation just as much as it involves self-mastery and taking aligned actions.

When spirit and matter meet, then comes alchemy.

These aren’t your typical warriors though. These are the brave souls ready to put their hearts on the frontline, to strip away the illusions that carry darkness, and to bring the darkness into the light.

The world is being called to collectively rise up in unity, harmony and love.

And it starts with reclaiming your power and seat at the table of humanity. It starts with owning your gifts. It starts with embracing your vulnerability. It starts with giving yourself permission to radiantly shine your light — at such a time as this.
