When you look at the palms of your hands and witne When you look at the palms of your hands and witness the many lines that cross in the distinct ways they do, you might take notice of how your palms don’t exactly look like someone else’s.

So why is it often assumed that what worked for someone else’s health transformation (or any transformation) can automatically work for you? 

Could it be that we as humans are so uniquely made despite our similarities that our upbringing, genetic makeup, environmental factors and soul’s purpose may all play a huge role in who we are now? 

The issue today isn’t lack of information; it’s an overwhelming amount of information. For the person who feels at odds, consuming any information that seems to be hyped up might be enough to enroll in just one more program or trend but that’s often the tipping point to understanding that it’s not about adding more but subtracting, letting go, and releasing. 

Trained therapists guide clients to bring up limiting beliefs and deep-seated trauma in order to release the past and settle into the now by making more empowering choices. 

Skilled shamans offer spiritual cleanses using the natural elements and the power of guiding spirits in order to help people release blockages and unnecessary emotional weight.

In traditional healthcare settings, what we often find is that people are looking for ways to cut down on certain habits and behaviors rather than add. 

As multi-dimensional beings, humans have already learned to do plenty. But the irony is that when you have tried various modalities and programs, you realize it’s less about addition and more on finding what genuinely works for you and your unique blueprint. 

Just like the maze of lines on the palms of your hands, you have been so beautifully designed in a way that makes you…you. 

No one can really match that in any package which is why it’s important to tune into some of the more abstract principles that require you to use discernment, bodily wisdom, intuition and even faith to recognize which pathways can truly help you—the ones that help you remember you are whole and the potential of radiant health already exists inside of you.

The world has a deep craving to express itself. As The world has a deep craving to express itself. As we set aside some of the mundane happenings of everyday life to awaken co-creator consciousness within, this isn’t a longing to simply create or express for the sake of creation but to create what feels aligned and authentic to the soul’s expression. 

In many of our systems today, we often had to learn to suppress authenticity to fit the mold of external expectations. While certain rules and guidelines may be put in place to keep things flowing in a systematic fashion, what tends to happen is the soul starts to dim because the soul doesn’t abide by rules and regulations. 

The soul is here to be set free.

Unfiltered, raw, bold and authentic expression that follows as a result of undoing what was never truly yours to carry. Releasing the stories that place more weight on logic than creativity instead of a balance. And letting go of what asks you to place borders around your visionary thinking and innovative ways instead of letting your infinite potential expand beyond borders into horizons that have yet to be seen or touched. 

One of the greatest breakthroughs that can happen on your path as a co-creator is remembering your ability to be the artist of your life, the designer of your vision, the architect of your destiny—all according to divine will. 

And once the remembrance begins, life starts to flow because you don’t wait for the perfect moment (that never arrives) in order to begin. 

This entire life is a co-creation, a dance. Your participation isn’t optional; it’s necessary. And expression isn’t always the byproduct of inner mastery; expression can be what it takes to develop ongoing mastery. 

It’s time to remember—there is power in your voice, there is medicine in your authentic expression, there are gifts to be uncovered from your divine design. 

And when you remember, the rest is history.

Relationships are an intrinsic part of health and Relationships are an intrinsic part of health and wellbeing. But as humans, one of the most common things we do from an unconscious state is complain about all the woes before acknowledging any good. And often sharing those woes with almost any person we encounter when healthy boundaries haven’t been established.

This doesn’t mean bringing our perfect, tidied-up selves into each relationship but imagine being supported by a therapist for mental and emotional processing. Imagine going to a yoga teacher for mindful movement. Imagine coming into close-knit groups where you aren’t necessarily unveiling things for the first time and dumping the weight of what you couldn’t process alone onto someone else, making it a burden that someone didn’t need to carry.

There are situations where people may not be able to afford all these resources and this is where a trusted loved one can be instrumental to one’s healing. And it is also courteous to ask if that person has space to hold what you want to share. It is respectful to inform people that what you are about to share may be triggering. 

These things weren’t always modeled to us but in a world that is becoming more trauma-informed, it may be important to know especially when a lot of information is often over-shared (such as on social media). 

When we stop using every interaction and every platform to air out dirty laundry, we can start cultivating deeper self-awareness by being present with emotions and thought patterns not to scrutinize or analyze but to extend more self-compassion. 

For caregivers and people in supportive roles, remember it is safe to say “no” and honor the limits of your emotional capacity. By honoring your own limits, you choose to operate from overflow rather than resentment that builds over time.

When we learn to process emotions and be gentle (and patient) with the integration process that follows, we stop relying on everyone for constant support and there opens the possibility of receiving support in a healthy, interdependent way.

Generational healing is a form of therapeutic heal Generational healing is a form of therapeutic healing that addresses the emotional, physical, mental, behavioral and spiritual trauma that was passed down through family lines. 

In the growing field of epigenetics, it’s thought that trauma can be passed down through intergenerational transmission of trauma where even the fetus can be impacted by a mother’s environment especially if she has experienced significant stress. 

Generational trauma can include abuse, poverty consciousness, slavery, war and violence. How it can play out in a person’s present-day life can be noted in similarities to former times when it doesn’t make rational sense in the modern day. 

For instance, you may have a great job that pays well but feel the constant need to work more and harder because subconsciously, you may believe you need to struggle for money if you saw your parents or caregivers struggle financially. 

The field of epigenetics discusses how epigenetic modifications are not permanent and can alter gene expression through environmental factors—which means changes in lifestyle and the right social support can offer tremendous benefit to one’s healing. 

By making more aligned choices, unhealthy cycles can be broken. Instead of remaining in toxic work environments that perpetuate the underlying hidden narrative that one must struggle for money, an aligned choice could be leaving that environment and ingraining more empowering beliefs that suggest money can be received in ways that are financially empowering and emotionally supportive. 

Generational healing is available in many forms and your body holds the wisdom as to which modality may be more beneficial for you if you seek to explore this area. This can include therapy, movement, somatic healing, family constellations, or even writing out limiting beliefs and replacing with new, more empowering beliefs.

Awareness combined with breath eventually leads to embodiment and breaking cycles not through force but by rewiring and peacefully recalibrating to a higher consciousness that isn’t a match for anything that is incoherent with peace, balance, and harmony.
