What if the diversity of thought forms and belief systems bring us together through an interconnectedness that transcends the logical mind and takes us all back into the passageway of our hearts?

This isn’t about endorsing any belief systems that could be harmful to anyone but about remaining open to our differences as a pathway for mutual understanding rather than sharpening the ways of the ego.

It’s about loosening the grip on separation consciousness so that our hearts stay connected to the beauty of life and the home we share with all of the inhabitants on this gorgeous planet.

Ayni is a beautiful concept that comes from Indigenous philosophy and traditions around honoring the value of reciprocity and mutual energy exchange.

In a world where much of exchanges have become somewhat transactional, this concept re-introduces the beauty of being generous and to know that in giving, there is also receiving.

All the kindness and love you pour out can return ten-fold, thousand-fold, maybe even a million-fold. It may happen in ways unexpected and might not always return from the same source but by maintaining an open and generous heart, you become more aware of how all your needs are more than provided for.

During these times when many of us have the privilege of being closer to nature, it’s important that we also find ways to give back in order to ensure harmony with our natural environments and long-term sustainability for a planet who is working collaboratively with us to honor the well-being of all its inhabitants.

Remember the light within. The creative potential. The natural life-force energy that flows freely when you release trapped emotions and let go of beliefs that are holding you back from your infinite potential.

Hidden underneath the persona each individual carries is the artist and co-creator who has the ability to intentionally design one’s life. This means you don’t have to subscribe to the status quo especially if it makes your soul resentful just thinking about following someone else’s blueprint and trying to live up to unrealistic expectations.

Creator consciousness means you can honor any emotions that come up along the way and then re-align to your center so that you continue to create a life that brings more peace and harmony. It means you give yourself permission to let creative energy move freely in your physical body and let yourself shine radiantly in your natural essence.

In a world where judgment and ridicule are easy to pass around when inside, there’s secretly a child who may be yearning to express, we can do better by honoring the light within.

You get to celebrate your beauty.

You get to use your powerful voice.

You get to share your gifts and talents.

You get to be creative and express yourself.

In a world that is longing for raw, authentic expression, you can choose to express your authentic being and let your inner light shine.

Health is multi-dimensional. It consists of the mind, body, spirit and soul. We are matter and spirit. We are mindset, energy, emotions, biology, immunology and more.

Like the ocean, there is so much to who we are below the surface. Those depths are meant to be explored and discovered so that we understand that we each have a unique blueprint for radiant health and well-being. When we honor the diversity inside, we appreciate the unique modalities that are best suited for the physical body.

Many health approaches tend to work outside in. But there’s more than meets the eye. There’s an inner world so rich and full of information including beliefs, patterns, and gifts waiting to be discovered when we go inward.

Many people are awakening to the passageway that awaits when they decide to seek what can only be found inside.

When you align with your original blueprint of radiant health, you don’t subscribe to the typical narratives around aging (which is a privilege). You can glow even with age. You can look younger with time. You can choose to believe differently for yourself.

As your cells, inner fluids and organ systems work harmoniously in its internal ecosystem just as marine life work harmoniously in our sacred oceans — your life reflects back that state of harmony.

As life is met with lightheartedness and play,
the spirit remains young.
