If you are someone who naturally embodies big energy — shaped by inner fullness and meeting the depths of your multi-dimensional existence — you don’t have to do much to catch attention. You may walk into a room and get immediately noticed because your energy commands the space.

Some people are drawn to this and want to get in on the magic. But most tend to feel repelled as the energy naturally amplifies their light and darkness. Meeting the light feels good but the darkness brings up all the places that were avoided or hidden for too long.

Collectively, many of us adopted stories and beliefs around minimizing self-expression for fear of “being too much” and trying to keep the peace. But we aren’t at peace until we can embrace the fullness of who we are. And it is important to be in environments where that expression is supported and nurtured instead of judged, minimized or controlled.

This is an era of many authentic, heart-centered leaders coming to the rise. This means confidently showing up with the medicine you are here to teach and using your voice as a powerful instrument for global impact and unique expression.🗣️

Show me a beautifully self-expressed woman and you can tell she is standing in her power. Not someone who uses the voice to make noise but someone who uses the voice to ignite positive change, to empower people, to speak words of love and kindness over humanity.

This is no longer the time of hiding when the world has remained in darkness for so long. One by one, people are being called forth to turn the light on inside. To be that light. To shine divine light. To help people remember who they are simply by being yourself.

The invitation is to lean in and let yourself expand as the force of creation you are. As beauty and loving intentions are interwoven into your being, that love emanates into your work and naturally flows into service.

This year, I stepped into leadership. With a big heart bursting with compassion and room to grow, I allowed the energy to expand through creativity, taking charge and owning self-expression — not just through photoshoots but also in meetings and interactions.

Something that had to be released was imbalanced connections that brought the energy of jealousy or inauthenticity instead of celebration and love.

If you have a big heart, you may notice a similar theme where you simply want to believe the best in people but it’s important to use wisdom and discernment.

Relationships are a huge part of holistic health. Unfortunately (and shamans teach about this), many people on the spiritual path don’t always have the best intentions. The key is to uphold healthy boundaries while still maintaining an open heart. Being compassionate with yourself first.

And retracting your energy from people who don’t want to see you succeed. When you release these unhealthy connections, it’s synonymous to extracting the poison out of your life. Less toxins, more vibrant health.

This year, I spoke at an international conference for thyroid cancer survivors (a full-circle moment) alongside clinicians from Harvard Medical School and Johns Hopkins.

I also held a beautiful sound healing event in Brooklyn, NY which activated something huge around self-expression, creativity and destiny.

These events showed me that we need true support systems in our lives. People who celebrate our magic and beauty. People who encourage our self-expression.

I’m excited to see more genuine, heart-centered queens (and kings) rise to the occasion in this new era where we won’t simply witness people creating positive impact.

We will be weaving together a genuine masterpiece — an undeniable legacy of love.

And remember, the noise tends to get louder when you are upleveling.

If you’ve ever met someone who exudes inner peace,

If you’ve ever met someone who exudes inner peace, that energy feels unshakeable. You may notice people trying to throw shade their way but still, they remain anchored and grounded in the calm waters of an inner world that is rich with light and beauty.

It means a person still embraces one’s humanity including moments of anxiety or doubts that can creep up yet the undercurrent of peace becomes the dominant vibration which is then able to dissolve fears and anxiety as they arise.

In our world, we may see people who are consumed by chaos and then show up momentarily exuding “peace” only to go back to chaotic ways. While this can stem from mental health issues, this often comes from a lie of having to prove oneself.

True peace doesn’t need proof; it is unwavering and speaks for itself.

Peace is available to all of us. It shows up more consistently when we bring the shadows into the light. It doesn’t happen when you stay attached to the darkness. It doesn’t happen in spaces of darkness. It only arrives in spaces of light.

How do you know a teacher who embodies peace? Their light is natural and radiates through presence. It doesn’t mean they haven’t experienced darkness. It means they experienced darkness and learned that the only way to integrate these denied aspects is to bring them to the light.

True peace helps to re-calibrate the entire room and the entire energy of a space where anything not actually congruent with peace starts to fall away.

In rooms full of darkness, what comes up can come up without any resolution towards peace. But in rooms full of light, what comes up can come up and feel safe to be held, embraced and nurtured by the effervescent hues of the power of true light.

As this process of shadow work coupled with integration becomes routine, peace shines effortlessly. Shadow work becomes less challenging as things that are brought to your awareness are then easily alchemized into more love and harmony.

As you lower the volume on separation, you amplify the energy of unity. And where there is unity within, there is more peace, abundance, and harmony that organically follows.

You can fake things in life but you can’t fake a p

You can fake things in life but you can’t fake a pure heart. You can’t fake a beautiful soul. You can’t fake authentic expression.

These things can be shown on social media but don’t fully capture the essence of who a person is until you notice if the energy online matches the energy in person. And it’s because energy doesn’t lie. Energy never lies.

While some may have foolishly believed that we can trick others or take advantage of people’s hearts, times are swiftly changing. We are moving into a heart-centered world where authentic leadership will prevail and where good hearts are destined to win.

This isn’t a story for the few or those who are “chosen.” This is a story that all can live to tell if we choose to purify our hearts and show up in our authentic essence rather than the armor we may have carried. This means not trying to imitate a person’s energy but coming clean with your own. This means not trying to fake who you are for temporary satisfaction but returning to the essence of who you genuinely are to reap rewards over the long-term.

This is a comeback era for pure hearts — here to win by embracing authenticity and showing up as a magnet for beautiful outcomes by exuding your kindness. And also setting healthy boundaries to walk away from people who don’t bring that level of purity into the sacred container you hold. You get to be kind to yourself first.

You have the power to say yes to yourself. You hold sovereignty over your energy field. You get to say “no” to people who may say they are happy for you but the vibe detector starts ringing a bell signaling that something is off. Remember that it says more about where they are at than you.

You get to choose peace and joy which are your natural state.

As you do this and continue to purify your heart of anything out of alignment, you strengthen your power and gift as a magnetic attractor — an attractor for more beauty, love, abundance, joy, harmony and flow.
