For those who are naturally nurturing and have been drawn to lines of profession involving space-holding and counseling, setting healthy boundaries and knowing your limitations will be key to creating a powerful foundation for yourself to grow and evolve in a way that supports you and your vocation.

What does this mean?

Instead of depleting your reserves to the point of experiencing burnout (including emotional exhaustion), you know when your wisdom and guidance are needed vs. where might you need to take a step back and let people learn their own lessons on their journey.

The way to separate the line is to use discernment, become allies with your powerful intuition, and learn to communicate your “no.”

Saying no and identifying your emotional capacity will help you hold space for your emotions so that when you do serve, it comes from a place of inner peace and balance.

Our emotional barometer often guides us in letting us know what interactions are necessary vs which are not. The key is to listen closely and follow through on that guidance.

We don’t help others when we let ourselves be depleted anyway. It is up to us to enforce boundaries with our time, energy and space. And to gently remind ourselves that our self-worth is not attached to how much we give.

Balance and internal homeostasis can be reflected in our reality through nature’s beautiful and harmonious rhythm.

If you are being called to higher service at this time, it is even more important to practice good energetic hygiene, honor your emotional body, acknowledge your feelings as well as the physical sensations that arise in the body, and deepen your self-compassion.

You may be pleasantly surprised at how much more joy, peace, vitality, and beauty you can access inside of yourself when you start to prioritize your own needs first and foremost.

And then serve from a place of inner alignment.

Our entire planet is being upgraded in her energet

Our entire planet is being upgraded in her energetic frequency to hold more light and more love.

It isn’t new… it isn’t a far-off tale. It is happening right here, right now all over planet earth. Mother Gaia is ascending in her own consciousness and we are helping her rise.

With that, our root chakra is being upgraded as well. For one too many centuries, humanity has lived from the lens of scarcity and fear programming. It has caused division, competition, and greed.

With more hearts awakening to the greater truth of oneness and being illuminated on their authentic paths, the consciousness and fabric of humanity is evolving as a whole.

Or rather, returning to the origins of where it all began — the divine spectacle of love, as we reclaim our ethereal aspects and the crystalline light with which we came to inhabit earth.

From the cosmos and beyond to landing right here on planet earth at such a revolutionary time as this.

To one day return to eternity.

Individually,
we are rising.

Collectively,
we are rising.

It isn’t one or the other;
it is together in partnership.

It is the ascension path to unity, comm-unity, and wholeness.

In order to hold the light and let it be embedded into our own human software, we need to upgrade our root chakra to one that feels safe, secure, full of vitality, and grounded in a new reality of infinite abundance.

The safety, presence, and abundance we long for has always been here; we are simply opening our awareness and hearts to receive all that is.

All that is within us and within reach.

Have you noticed yourself shying away from being seen in the very thing people tell you comes most naturally to you?

Underneath the resistance is a shadow waiting to be met with pure love and acceptance. When you find yourself at your wit’s end with trying to deny it and learn to welcome it home, what you may find is that on the other side of the emotional wave awaits God’s assignment for you.

God’s assignment doesn’t consist of pain or punishment.

His assignment is connected to triumph and the remembrance that only love is real.

As we go through our human journey and transmute those shadows into love, the art of alchemy involves a purification of our energy to see situations with a renewed perception. In that renewal, we are able to see that certain experiences are catalysts for new beginnings if we decide to walk through the portal and let ourselves become empowered through it.

On the other side of any strife is God’s assignment waiting for you to accept it.

The art of transmutation isn’t meant to weigh you down but rather to accept the shadow, dissolve it into love and embed a new ray of divine love within you so that your entire vessel becomes illuminated on your path as well as the path of humanity.

When you accept God’s assignment,
you raise the consciousness of the entire planet by your mere existence.

Your assignment then becomes a gift to all of humanity.

In today’s world, the rise of information around

In today’s world, the rise of information around health and well-being is growing at a rapid rate. Although many people mean well in what they share, there is a sense of overwhelm for people who receive that information who may be seeking tools to help on their journey - ie. cancer patients and people going through the thick of their health journey.

So what does this mean for the future vision of healthcare?

We understand that this is no longer a world shaped by the limiting constructs of a former system that only looks to medications as the ultimate form of cure. While it can hold significance for many situations, it is not the one definitive solution for all.

And as space-holders for the people we serve, we can provide a safe space to honor people’s different choices which often includes a concoction of conventional therapy as well as other forms of healing they may find beneficial in their journey.

With less judgment and more openness to letting people navigate their journey as best as they can while offering the appropriate guidance from the viewpoint that we don’t know anyone’s body better than they themselves would know, we open up a space of trust and conversations that meet people where they are looking to be seen and heard. And understood.

This is a vision of self-empowerment rather than being dictated by a body or system outside of us.

This is an era of it gets to be this AND that if one should choose.

This is the paradigm of integrated, holistic healthcare and knowing that we are on the edge of a totally new vision for what it can look like - going beyond the physical layers and into the mental and emotional bodies. Even the spiritual aspects of health.

And bringing it all to the surface to understand and honor that the greatest part of health is accessed from within.

What kind of world do we get to create when we allow our creative potential and divine intelligence to move through us — unrestricted, in the infinite and expansive ways it is meant to?
